At Mangalia, the most southern town of the sea shore, the sun and sea water mingle harmoniously with the stone carved vestiges of the ancient Greeks. During the summer there are a lot of festivals and entertaining events, which render a youthful and energetic atmosphere: Mangalia Days, the Romanian Navy Day, the Callatis Festival and many more. There are spectacular fireworks organized at the end of the festivals, fireworks whose multicolored light is reflected into the forever restless sea water.
